Phase 1 - Needs Assessment
Client Consultations
We invest the time to meet with the hiring executive and relevant members of the management team to determine the requirements for the position and gain an understanding of the organization, its culture and values. We also identify important factors about the company's structure, strategy, industry, markets, competition and the philosophy of the management team.
Position Profile
We prepare a comprehensive Position Profile that describes the
company, position and ideal candidate. Developing the profile collaboratively
with the client ensures an accurate, compelling profile that is
a powerful marketing tool in attracting candidates who possess the
required qualifications, experience and personal attributes.
Research & Search Strategy
For each assignment we develop an in-depth recruitment strategy, including a thorough, targeted research plan designed to rapidly identify high potential individuals. Focusing on the most viable sources likely to produce the widest array of highly qualified candidates and referral sources allows us to identify prospective candidates who best meet the criteria in our profile.
